About the office
Lukenda & Partners is a young and perspective law firm established in 2019.
Founding partner Mgr. Milan Lukenda graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in 2012. He has been working in advocacy since the same year and passed the bar exams in February 2016. Before establishing of the law firm Lukenda & Partners he worked in a renowned Prague law firm, where he gained extensive experience in a wide spectrum of law. Mgr. Lukenda speaks English and Croatian.
Specialization
Law Firm Lukenda & Partners provides legal services in all legal sectors.
As a result of the wide specialization of the office, there is a natural close co-operation with experts from the field of forensic experts, notaries, tax advisors and accountants.
We focus on corporate clients for whom we provide services from all areas of law. From the establishment of trading companies, through corporate changes and corporate transformations, to mergers and acquisitions, or intellectual property rights. We also have extensive experience with real estate projects, especially development, sales and lease. Naturally we also process all the labour law agenda for our clients.
We also provide our services from the common agenda of individuals, such as real estate transfers, rents or claims for damages, including legal aid in insolvency proceedings.
We also focus on legal representation before administrative authorities and courts in debt recovery or legal assistance with defence against claims as well as defence in criminal proceedings.
Remuneration
Lawyers' fees can be agreed in many ways.
The most common ways are the hourly rates or the lump sums for the services we provide, but we always try to make the reward proportionate to the complexity of the case.
The first meeting with the client in order to get acquainted with the client, the case and its basic assessment, we do not charge.
